1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Through the quote form we collect: name, company name (optional), phone number, email address, type of property, project location, type of service, approximate area, planned date, the message, the website language version and the date sent.

3. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data while handling the enquiry and then for no longer than 12 months after handling has been completed.
• Contact and correspondence about the enquiry and, where applicable, establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims – the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be kept for longer than 12 months only where there is a valid legal basis, e.g. a concluded contract, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or an ongoing dispute.

Data not needed to handle the enquiry is deleted sooner. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling. We do not send marketing messages.

4. How data is stored and transmitted

The enquiry is saved in a secured Lovable Cloud database that only the site administrator, signed in with two-step verification, can access. From the notify.llexpert.pl domain the owner receives only an email saying that a new enquiry has arrived – without your personal data. Enquiries are deleted automatically no later than 12 months after receipt, unless the owner deletes them earlier.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be entrusted to technical service providers acting on the controller's behalf: Lovable (website hosting, the Lovable Cloud database and sending email notifications from the notify.llexpert.pl domain, together with their infrastructure sub-processors) and OVH (domain registration and DNS). If we reply to you by email, the correspondence is handled through the owner's mailbox (currently Google Gmail). Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Lovable and, for email correspondence, Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. In that case the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified entities) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR). You can obtain a copy of the safeguards by contacting the controller.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site language is stored only in the page address. Only when logging in to the owner panel does the browser store the necessary session data. For this reason a cookie consent banner is not currently required; if analytics tools are added, this policy and the consents will be updated.

9. Security and changes to this policy

The website runs only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiries are saved by a secured server function and only the administrator, signed in with two-step verification, can access them. Email notifications contain no customer personal data. We will announce material changes to this policy on this page.
